I've always had great quality food.
Yes
Well i have had togo orders and they charge a dollar for every item nd the drinks ???? I am the only one working for now in our house and dont want to drive to madras for food but if it saves me more money then i will . for example i got two club sandwhichs with fries and a small breakfast platter and fries with gravy and 6 milk shakes. All of that should not have cost me $71. Something
It was the only restaurant around for miles, so we figured we'd better stop because who knows when the next place would be. Food was good, service was good, worth the stop for us.
I go in for breakfast every year for the last ten years on the fourth of July. The food is wonderful and the service is put standing. I looked forward to the tradition every year.
The staff was very kind, the place is big! But we were the only ones that were here when we ate. Worth stopping by if you ever find yourself on this highway between Portland and Las Vegas. There was plenty of parking on both sides of the lot though its main entrance is on one side and we were thankful they were open during this time when everything else has been closed for in the dine in setting. Had a club sandwich and some great french fries too of course a blended just right hake to wash it down with. Wish I had tried the elk burger! They are a family restaurant with a lot of history locally but I didn't get to read the fun old newspaper clips they have around the store. The entertainment looks like it could have potential as well. But during the quarantine they have a guest limit of 8 people. The bathrooms are well maintained. I'll visit again one day! Stay safe out there folks!
Love the Huckleberry pie.
The fry bread was amazing! The food was good but my bacon wasn't as crispy as I asked for but they where very nice about fixing it! Great customer service. Nice to stop before driving on!
Just off the highway. Wonderful breakfast and excellent service!!! The owner was super friendly!! Definitely will keep this on my list for my next trip this way!
Friendly and good food. Great stop on a long trip
Nice little Mom and Pop dinners. Good food and decent prices.

Cute place with yummy food and friendly service.
Amazing food, the staff are always welcoming and attentive! Always stop when I'm in the neighborhood. Best fry bread I've ever had... Hands down.
I just loved their dishes. I always get fantastic service there. The place is clean and the employees are always kind. Will visit here again.
One of our favorite stops while travelling. Located right on the Deschutes River. Don't forget to try the Indian fry bread made on the spot as you order. Varied menu. Breakfast Lunch Dinner Elk and Bison are part of the choices
Really cozy roadside diner-style restaurant. Lots on the menu including great breakfasts. Definitely try their fry bread, it's to die for. Decor inside is unique and interesting.
I always love the food here, but be warned, the portions can be titanic
This was once a great restaurant. Now, it feels more like a living room that you can intrude upon for a fee. Not the kind of dining experience I want. The staff was friendly, and the food was still good, but the huge TV in the middle of the dining area and the speed of service for us being the only table left a little to be desired as well. I hope someone else gets this lease eventually and can turn it back to the awesome diner it once was.
An episode of The OA was filmed here. Season 2 episode 6, "Mirror Mirror". So that's fun. Never been here. Just thought it was an interesting find.
Good food...
Good Food and service.
Love the food and owners Brenda and Randall. Best fry bread and huckleberry pie! You have to stop in if you are close by...
Wonderful diner! Very friendly staff. Get the Indian taco it's so delicious!
Great little breakfast spot on a lonely route through the country. Stopped in to some warm hospitality and one of the biggest breakfast burritos I've ever had. After a few days of camping this hit the spot, and would highly recommend whether passing through or staying a while.
Rustic restaurant/diner. Good service. Good food. We went for breakfast after a long, snowy road trip and it definitely hit the spot.
We come here every year for food before the pyro show at the school. Food has always been great and they have always given us excellent service. I recommend this place to anyone.
Yummy Elk Burger!
Best fry bread ever. New management (10 years) has only improved the place. Excellent and very personable service. Stop every time we go to Central Oregon.
With 3 young kids what could be better than being able to get breakfast all day and pizza! I loved having something local and unusual... The Indian Taco is like a tostada on Indian Fry Bread with chili instead of the beans and meat, fresh green leaf lettuce, onions, olives, cheese, sour cream, salsa and tomatoes. Two hungry adults could have easily split one half size taco. Service was great and it wasn't crowded. Perfect place to stop!
This diner style restaurant has some delicious food including some with Native American elements that are great. Owned and operated by Warm Springs indigenous people you will find the service is friendly and helpful. Make this a regular stop on your way to and from Central Oregon and support a small business!
As avid motorcyclists, we are always looking for a pie stop. They are getting harder and harder to find. Fortunately we found this one and it is great. The pie is delicious and the serving is big, which brings us to the breakfasts, great food on a huge plate. We will stop here every time we come through the area.
The food was okay. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast and that was really good. But the eggs tasted off. Not bad. Not gross. Just, not quite right.I would recommend a stop here. It's definitely not a bad spot. If the eggs would have tasted better I would have bumped this up to 4 stars. So feel free to take my scrambled egg-snobbery into the equation when trying to figure out whether or not to give this place a try.
Absolutely the sweetest people. Love this place. Every time I drive from Portland to Winnemucca I stop for the best Indian fry bread I've ever had.
Friendly and beautiful scenery while enjoying great food
The breakfast burrito is excellent, and one of the owners, Brenda gave a nice conversation while I waited for my food.
Love this place! Always good food! And the owners and staff are amazing! Very much so recommended!
We like the breakfasts and usually stop when we're passing through. Might have given it a 5, but it is in need of some clutter removal where the boss seems to have turned a corner of the restaurant into an office space. Maybe that's just part of the ambience?
I love love love this place. The Indian fry bread tacos are amazing! They sell in half and full. Full will feed 2 people easily.
Great place. The Indian Tacos are absolutely wonderful, I got a half order and it was huge. I also love the Frybread with butter and honey. The pies look amazing but I have always been way too full to try them.
Great food, nice friendly staff, clean. Get pies to go....
